You may return eligible items within 10 days of delivery.

📦 Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  
• Perishable goods (e.g. snacks, beverages) and personal care items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
  
• Gift cards and promotional codes are not eligible for return.
  
  

🔄 Return Process

2. We'll provide a return authorization and shipping details.
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
